Ahhh la nourriture, l'agroalimentaire, ses produits dérivés... un sujet à part entière lorsqu'on parle innovation ! Evidemment, pour les étudiants du Master FIPDes Food Innovation and Product Design cela l'est encore plus. Ils font eux aussi partie du programme Erasmus Mundus (comme les étudiants du Master Bioceb que j'accompagne depuis 2021). Et comme le bouche à oreille fait bien les choses, ils m'ont invitée cette année à intervenir toute une journée devant leurs étudiants de l'Université Technologique de Dublin. À nouveau professeur invité, j'étais évidemment ravie !
Fin mai 2022, FIPDes Summer School 2022. Me voici (virtuellement) face aux acteurs de la food de demain ! L'objectif de cette journée : leur transmettre les notions essentielles de la propriété industrielle, en lien direct avec leur secteur d'activité. Une formation sur mesure, toujours très exemplifiée pour marquer les esprits.
